I thought that was held in by a nut? any who, if its a bolt drill into it and use a screw extractor. If its a nut, cut the sides of it and pry it off. Be sure to use thread chasers afterwards.
well, sears had a bolt/stud removal kit that worked like a champ. I highly reccommend this product in addition to purchasing new bolts that are made out of real metal and have a head that you can actually get a wrench on.
