RPM and speedometer not working

Hi..I bought my 2G 1995 eclipse GST manual tx and I have this problem of RPM and speedometer from dashboard is not displaying...Can anybody help please where are the sensors located or if any solution is available..Am located in East Africa where the mechanics are also not much aware with DSMs
