I went today and got some new spark plug wires and some Meguires NXT Tire shine and interior cleaner (is it any good?) and I got Niehoff sillicone wires and I left off the pug cap cause it looks better (Is there anything wrong with those plugs?, thats all they had).

So anyway I was cleaning my SMIC and found my coolant leak. The prev. owner put a sponge there I guess to slow it down. I just want to know is this a rad leak? and is it tapeable to stop it? Thanks :)

Is it coolant in the sponge? If so, then it's a coolant leak obviously. Is there a crack in the radiator hose or is it just coming from the connection between those two pieces? Try reclamping it or replacing the hose.

Lol I said it was coolant already ;)

Yes the sponge was pretty wet, the leak was comming from the connector I believe.
I found my boost leak at the top inlet of my smic, after all those years of driving my 1g tsi i never thought that my car could have a boost leak till oneday i was very board and needed something to so i took out my smic to clean it and to my surprise the top inlet had all this nasty shit built up around it had a greenish color to it. Once i scrubbed all the corrosion off there was 3 pitted holes in the top inlet so i got out the good old jb weld and filled the holes and dropped the inlet hose down past the repaired area and took it out for a test run, all i could was holy shit...... If any of you 1g guys are still running the oem smic you might wanna take 30 minutes outta your life and do a boost leak test cause it's probably leaking 3-5psi at the top inlet!
