I am trying to figure out if the "rainbo" spoiler would directly bolt on and replace the low-rise spoiler on the 2 gen. I want to replace it with one and
all I know is that I will need to fill in the holes in the center of the trunk. Thanks.

So I would probably have to drill in some holes in the trunk to make it fit and maybe have to fill in the other holes.

You only have to shave the hole closest to the rear for the spoiler mounting. The other two holes( had factory pushpins from the spoiler) are covered by the 2gb spoiler.

No, it will not bolt on directly. You will have to drill new holes for the different pattern. From the low wing there will be holes on the rear quarters, on the left/right sides of the trunk lid and one in the middle. At least that is how it is on the Spyder.
