I am firing up my engine tommorow after my rebuild :D (if i time it correctly) and i need to know if i should disconnect the starter plug off the starter. Will this build up the fuel pressure and circulate the oil through the turbo and the other parts. I dont want to damage anything and would like to know what i should do to get it up and running correctly.

Pull the ECM fuse and crank the engine for 10 seconds before start up. It won't start, but it will build up the oil pressure.
You can also pull the mpi fuse thats on the positive terminal wire connected to the battery.
Or you can unplug the cam sensor.
