Well my new problem, all of a sudden my fuel trims are stuck at
low-134
mid-132
hi - 134

This has mas an effect on my turbo spool up time. I used to see full boost around 3300rpm (evo3 turbo), but now its at around 4200rpm.
I have already done several boost leak tests so it cant be that. Reset my ECU couple times also. While driving my o2's cycle fine and on WOT.
Changing setting on my safc wont make any effect on fuel trims.

So can you guys show me a path to follow...

1) Bad O2 sensor - Is it cycling ?

2) Temp sensor issues - Fuel trims wont adjust until engine warms up 180*f +

3) Air leak ??

3) Air leak ??
O2 sensor cycles fine
Temperature readings are normal
No air leak

One more thing, my ignition timing does advance past 11 -12* at WOT, even with zero knock. Mechanical and ignition timing are all up to spec. Advancing base timing up to 5* more wont help.

Did you say that your o2 sensor is cycling at WOT? it' not supposed to do that.
