doesn any one know the tempature of the turbo mainfold

Don't know but mine can get real red if I beat my car at night and open my hood to look at the turbo

cuz im putting some gasket on and need to know just how much cuz i think it can only handle up to 800 f the gasket

It's going to get a lot hotter than that. What gasket are you replacing?

Running hard on my 92 TsiAWD, my EGT shows the manifold can get up to 1600 degrees... which is normal

My Vette would suffer meltdown at that temp

Yes, 1600*F+ is normal on these cars at the manifold.
