well I was pulling away in 4th gear, but the vette has gearing done so when he goes to 5th gear it bogs down alittle. I think he has like 4.10 rear gears or some shit like that. Can't remember off the top of my head. But either way that vette is a topend monster.

Keep in mind my car has ran a 10.66 @139mph on full race settings, I was on pump gas map, a shitty 50/50 mix of pump/race fuel and 26-27lbs of boost the night I raced the vette.

Full race settings I am at 34lbs and 100% c16 fuel with my racegas map on the AEM. I most likely would have lost controll of the car if I had full race settings on the street, so I left the more toned down map in the car and less boost.

Yup that would be me haha how you doin? I had the FWD back in the day running 12's on a 14b and street tires.

As far as my WHP on my car I have no idea, but with the weight of the car being at 3250 with me in it and having a best trap speed of 139mph I would expect around 650whp or alittle more.

Oh and for reference Both races we had I was shifting at 9000rpm, started out at 30mph in 2nd gear brake boosting and went to 8500rpm in 4th gear when I shut down, so ruffly that is 30mph to 145mph 2nd through 4th gear.

I actually caught the thread on SF before I saw it here. I haven't said this in awhile but it was worth coming into the kills section for this video.

Only thing I am questioning is whether the vette was a ZO6.... where are the brake ducts? I mean anyone can buy some wheels and a hood... Just wondering if you personally know this guy. The HP output is close to being right for it to be a procharged ZO6

Same here. I usually am a frequent SF media spectator.

He posted on SF that it was not a Z06. Jake said that he got it wrong because of the rims. Reguardless the power production was the same.
