I can't seen to get the oil pump sprocket mark to line up dead on. It's about 1/2 a tooth off either way, all other marks are lined up. Will this affect anything if i leave it like this? or should i keep trying..PITA

Any suggestions would be much appreciated

i think it wont hurt anything. just make sure that your balance shaft is inline with your oil pump. do you know what i mean? Read the Vfaq to find out for sure. you have to remove this bolt on the back of your engine and put a screwdriver in there to see if its ok. good luck man! other than that...it should be just fine.
