tranny leak

Its been buggin me for some time now. My mom keeps complaining on the drops on the garage. I checked under the car and my transaxle was wet. Well first of all i drained, cleaned it, and got my self 3 quarts of synchromesh. The amount of oil i drained was about 1 1/2 instead of 2.3 quarts. So i replaced the fluid, cleaned it, and the next day, it was wet again. I checked it was more like below the intake manifold somewhere on top of the tranny?

i had a leaky tranny as well.if there is a hole or large crack somewhere the fluid usually will get sprayed everywhere and is hard to tell where its coming from.your best bet is to take it out of the car and check the whole thing over.also there are a few bolts on the case that may have come lose check them as well
