Ok, now I can't even put the fill plug back on, nor can i fill the fluid without it spilling out!!!!! Will getting a 1/4inch hose help since it will go in the hole? Nothing is working and I have no tranny fluid so I can't drive it anywhere. Thanks guys.

See if the threads of the plug are damaged or stripped. As for the fluid, you can add fluid to the tranny by the speedometer gear hole. Just remove the 10mm bolt and pull it out (with the speedometer calbe attached) and the use a long funnel to add the fluid.

Thanks guys. I got the plug back in and put the synchromesh fluid in. works great.
