Reverse switch. It gets activated by the 5th/Reverse shift rail.

You’re good! Car was previously an auto and i have found about half a dozen unconnected connectors under the hood lol. Guessing part of the swap involves a harness change

While I have your attention know what this one is? Has some sort of switch/plunger on it
