My friend told me that, if you take something out of the tranny from the 1g tsi, it can prevent you from any future problems. Is that true, if it is then what is it?

your friend sounds like a dumbass...their is no way to ever guarantee that anything DSM related will never have a problem...especially the engine or transmission...and hes saying take osmething off? Maybe it might sound plasubile if he was saying add something.
