im not sure what you should use, but I know that I used royal purple syncro mesh in a tremic tranny in a fox body mustang and it kind of made them grind so I then asked a tranny pro dude and he said to try this GM fluid and what do you know..... problem fixed.

I just bought a 99 gst and I was wondering what was the best trany fluid, for this trany. I used Pennzoil Synchromesh and BG Syncroshift II in my first gen. I was just wondering if it is safe to use in the 99 trany FWD? Thanks

synchroshift or syncromesh will be fine
would it be possable to use a synthetic penzoil GL-5 75w90 thats was what someone told me i could use
