He didn't start to pull until around 100mph. I guess it wasn't an exactly a kill. We both agreed to shut down around 100mph anyway. Since that is what he traps. And I trap mid 95-96mph. Of course he would pull.

+1 yeah the evo pulled hard up top

+2 The EVO > You top end. But nice try anyways

I was under the impression because of their shorter gearing the evo's have a terrible top end you need more mods

That was with his T25. I'm not impressed by the EVO, you'd figure the EVO should win easily.

I agree, i am not impressed at all with that Evo. It looked like the Talon is faster in the 1/4 from what i saw..and with the t25..that evo should be dissapointed with the results.

I was shocked also that I held off the Evo as long as I did. Being that I still have the T-25, I knew he would catch up to me sooner or later. At first I thought thr guy couldn't drive. But he can.

He has ran a [email protected] in his Evo bone stock. My best so far is a [email protected] with supporting mods and T-25. The car does feel quicker after the new clutch/flywheel. But I didn't think it was enough to beat an Evo 8.

The guy and I have set up more races. Once we get some more dig's in. We will see how it turns out. It's the street, I would rather be at the track. But the season is over here.
