is this my ISC??? Cause that part is screwed up on my car and I think this is it but I can't find any pics of what one looks like for a 420a so I took this off, was I right?

im not sure that is the isc, but u can always check. go start your car, turn your heat on full blast. the RPM's will drop and if they dont come back up, u got her or the one in your car is screwed.

Yes, that's the ISC.
