What to buy for a timing belt?

My car is a rebuilt car (the person before the person who I bought it from rebuilt it) from a wreck. No one knows the exact mileage. We assume that around 55000 was the wreck. When I recieved the car it had 101000mi on it, which I assume is incorrecto according to those VIN number check things (dont laugh, I for the life of me can't remember what its called).

Anyway, so the basics I know are the Timing and Balance belt, and water pump. Should I replace any of the pullys, since I'm there with it all apart, anyway? How about the Hydraulic Tensioers? Timing Belt Tensioner Arm? Crankshaft Pulley /Harmonic Dampener?

Please understand this is different than normal replacement, because I do not know the history on the car. (long story, I got the car cheap, but they didn't document ANYTHING, save for the new fuel filter and battery bought recently).

Thanks!

Get ALL mitsubishi parts:
T-belt
BS belt
Tensioner arm
Hyraulic tensioner
Water pump

Pulleys are neccessary but my crank pulley separated at the harmonic dampener at about 120k. They arent expensive so its probably worth it.
you should always replace the hydraulic tensioner for the timing belt. if your car has plenty of miles (I'm assuming it does becuase it's a 94), then replace everything behind the cover (all of the pulleys) and the water pump.
Alright, will make a shopping list and start saving. Thanks guys.
