I check in about once a month and it's the same sad state all forums are in. Still have this site as my first bookmark on both Firefox and my phone and I'll never change that.

I'm still here (67 now), occasionally checking the site for anything new. Don't drive my Spyder much since retiring and moving back to my home area, but every 1-2 weeks, bomb down I-71 to go visit my 93 year old mother in Louisville (about 100 miles one way). Have a bit of a lead foot, have once cruised >100mph following a Porsche on the expressway while driving home. The car has over 141,000 miles on the original engine, turbo and auto slushbox, all still running fine. Second replacement alternator just installed, a partial repaint (bad clearcoat, surprise!), and a second replacement tan convertible top. Trying to keep the old gal looking and running good.

Good to see some old timers still here.
Not really sure what made me type in this site, it's been some years for me since the last time I was active on here. My car blew up close to 16 years ago now

Just got my password reset after a while of not being on here. No DSM or Mitsu anymore. Just another honda beater now. I dont like working on the cars as much as I used to. Got a kid now, little girl almost 2 years old so that is all I worry about now. Good to see of peeps still around.

I’ve lurked the boards a few times a year ever since it turned into a ghost town. It’s sad since this website was very fun and informative throughout my teen years and the beginning of my twenties.

The last 6 or 7 years have been good to me. Finally got my head out my ass and served in the Marine Corps for 5 years. Made the mistake of being a POG, but after all said and done, it has allowed me to work in the aviation maintenance field.

Unfortunately no Dsm or any sort of fun car at the moment. Looking to get something and always wanted to try v8 rwd. At the same time, I’m finally making the kind of money that would let me build a very nice Dsm. These are the cars I cut my teeth on and I’d love to build a nice one. Then again, I think about all the headaches and how difficult certain parts are going to be to find. And then there’s the issue with manual transmissions and their limits, ~500 ftlbs at the tire if my memory serves me.

Aye boy lemme' turn those rollers.
Two Brothers Tuning,
PM me if your serious. Bought a place to set it up, working on that now. Broken leg delayed things but post-shootout It should be up and running again.

I'm going to the shootout this year.

NETSLASH - I was AVGCS for the AF , working on KC135s opened up a big world for me when I got out.

I'm still around and continuing my saga... kidding for the most part cars been solid I daily'd it for 12k miles year round in AK after running [email protected] for two years back to back with minor breaks.

I stop in time to time but unfortunately forums seems to be dead for the most part thanks to FB. Tuners still has some activity but ehh.

Hope everyone had a great Fourth of July!

Wow. I can't remember the last time I logged in here. Got tired of forgetting which of my many passwords I used here so I just let it slip.

I frequent Tuners, as I still prefer the forum vs. social media, but it's sad to see how dead this place is now. It's been years, and I only had something like 16 new posts since I last visited.

Life has changed a lot. I think I was 16 when I first signed up here. Now I'm 31, a wife and three kids, working on a property portfolio... still have a DSM though. Not my teal 1gb, but a 2gb TSi. I'd post on here about it, but I don't know if anyone that remembered me would even see my post. Miss this place a lot. Really defined who I was as a 'car guy' when I was younger.

I'm Back after 15 year absence. Started a soft rebuild on my 91 stock talon. I plan on sharing with the site. Pictures as well if I can figure out how. Maybe we can get the site going better. Hope so.

I haven't even owned a DSM in over 15 years but I still love the cars and this place. I spent way too much time here back in the 2000s.
