Can someome explain how spark plugs are rated?

I know nothing about spark plugs. Could someone please explain how they are rated in terms of power (like what colder plugs do), etc?

I'm bringing this up because my car is hesitating and I'm going to try some new plugs to see if my old ones are fouled. I'm currently running NGK BPR7ES I believe. I have been told that I should try some BPR6ES plugs now that I have more mods and a bigger turbo.

What plugs should I be getting for the mods that I have?

OK WHAT UP, I JUST WANTED TO KNOW HOW IS YOUR FUEL PUMP. I SAW THE WALBRO FUEL PUMP AND IT WAS ONLY $150.OO HOW MUCH WAS YOURS. U SAID IT WAS A 225MPH RIGHT

You want to run the BPR7ES. That is the range colder plug for your car. The higher the number, in this case 7, means a colder plug. Sounds totally wrong doesn't it. That's what I thought too, but trust me it's right. I run the BPR7ES and I run about 23 psi and a 50 shot of nitrous. They work great.
