Hi All,

im just taking estimates on how long til my tranny is dead,
i building a 2.4L 4G64 w/ 4G63 head for my 2g AWD

the question i have is, what can i relatively inexpensivley do to keep my tranny alive?

i already have a trans cooler, and temp guage.. i have a shift kit, but it is not installed.
i plan on installing it.. but i dont know how long my tranny will live..

ill be running the 2.4L, with a PTE 50trim 720cc injectors, and propane injection..

i plan on 25-30psi max, probably 21 or 22 daily.

i have no idea the numbers ill put out, but i would imagine around 400-450HP at the crank..

i just wanna know what to do to my tranny so i dont get stranded.

If you're going to be pushing that much power, I would go with a fully built trans from IPT (www.importperformancetrans.com), no sense in just a shift kit. A shift kit does not extend the life of your tranny only makes it more efficient. A cooler is a must. Trust me, talk to John, he'll help you out.
