Pa, Nj, Ny, whatever

Just lemme know when and I shall make it so. It's just under 2 hours for me to get there, probably less. Lipster...maybe I can meet you somewhere along the way to go out with your money pit.

Yeah, what is this going to be, just a hang out for a while or what? I don't mind either way, but the guys driving far would suck for them to hang out in a parking lot for an hour or so. Is there a date yet?

I was figuring we could hang out, take pics, eat, talk cars, what ever you guys want. I just thought of something...I don't think Island dragway is that far from the Easton area. We could all possibly go to a Test and Tune that night. I want this to be worth while for the guys coming some distance so let me know if you guys have any better ideas.

Would anyone have a problem moving it back one week so Jehu could make it? That would set the date at Saturday June 9th.

I am going to check out the location and dates for T&T at Island and let you guys know.

Island may turn out to be a pretty good meeting place. For anyone not familiar with the track here is directions that pretty much encompasses all of us.Directions:

From NYC: Rt 80 west to exit 19. Bottom of ramp make left. First light make right. Track is located 6 miles on right, just past Cannonball's go-go.

From Phila./Trenton: Rt. 31 North to end. Right onto Rt. 46 East. Track is 6 miles on left, just past Nykun's General Store.

From Central Jersey: 78 west to Rt. 31 North. Rt. 31 North to end. Right onto Rt.46 East. Track is located 6 miles on left, just past Nykun's General Store.

From Allentown: Old Rt 22 East thru Easton into Phillipsburg, NJ. Pick up Rt. 57 East at East end of Phillipsburg. Rt. 57 East to Rt. 31 North (Washington, NJ). Rt. 31 to end. Right onto Rt. 46 East. Track is 6 miles on left, just past Nykun's General Store.

From Scranton, Pa.: 81 south to 380 east. 380 east to 80 east. Cross over Delaware Memorial Bridge into New Jersey. Take exit 4 for Rt. 46 east. Follow 46 east approximately 20 miles into Great Meadows. Track entrance is on the left, just past Nykun's General Store.

*****There is also a Test and Tune on Sunday June 10th.

Either date is fine with me if I know ahead of time, and whatever we do is cool with me. I love to just hang out and take pictures and talk the talk with people who know what the hell their talking about.

DSMman: It is only about 1.5 hours for you. We are coming from the same general area. I got to Island in about 1 hour and 20 minutes last year so it isn't that far from you.

Ummm... From Philly to Raceway Park (Englishtown) it takes me 1.5hrs. The place your talking about is about twice as far from me so, I don't think I'm going. I'm lazy

can't see myself driving all that way.

huh??? man you must drive slow

from harrisburg to e-town track it takes me about 2hrs 40 minutes. and in that time it takes me atleast 2 hrs to go to philly. pa turnpike to the jersey turnpike.

after looking at mapquest a few times it says that it is about the same distance from harrisburg to philly as it is from harrisburg to easton, just go towards allentown for me. i'm not ruling out going yet guys

from walter's park,island dragway is only like 20-30 min. away. so after we are done at the park we can all drive down there.i think it would be cool to see a long line of dsm driving down the road.
