Wanting to Put PC in my car???

I want to put my hardrive in my car with a LCD Monitor How would i get power to my hardrive in the car do they have a power bar or anything.. does someone have a link for a complete set up how to do this or info.. help plz! new at the pc in car stuff thanks brothers

Some guy with a Laser mounted one in his car for playing MP3s and what not. I can't think of his name off the top of my head. Be forewarned though, desktop computers aren't designed for the bumps in a car. Laptop components will probably be the better bet when mounting in a car.

werd. use a laptop. you can disassemble them and do all sorts of neat things

Check this out, Single DIN, doule DIN or trunk mounting.
I have one in my car with GPS, DVD, MP3, internet access(traffic cams, road reports, etc...)
Very useful, durable and definately very cool.

Check out http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/ it is the best forums for "carputers". I know a little bit from reading on there so if you have any specific questions PM me. You would need a whole computer not just a hard drive. Check out MP3Car forums you will learn a lot! good luck!
