What's going on guys. I just bought a t3/t4 garrett for my talon. My question is this, what size injectors and pump should I get? Also, should I spend my remaining tax return money on camshafts or SAFII? If it's the camshafts are the streetgrinds as good as the HKS? Let me know,

Thanks in advance,
Eric

From what I have read, the HKS are the better choice, and also there is a camshaft dyno review at http://www.automotosports.com/cam_test.asp I have no personal experience yet, but I do plan on purchasing the 264/272 combo in the near future.
HUH??? He said that you need an AFC if you want to upgrade your injectors and pump... And without those being upgraded, you cannot upgrade your turbo. Do a search and check out the 2G upgrade path. Follow it!

And don't think about cams till you know what and AFC is

Here's a few links to get you started. Check out the search, all this stuff has been covered before.

RRE's upgrade path:
http://www.roadraceengineering.com/2gupgradepath.htm

VFAQ's:
http://www.vfaq.com

The upgrade path is there for a reason, you'll learn a lot about your car and get the most out of your upgrades. Working backwards will just cost you a lot in the long run.

Hope that helps.

Ok the musts before you run the turbo:
Walboro 255
660cc injectors
Fuel Control (DSMlink or AFC)
FMIC
Agreed you MIGHT be able to get away without the FMIC but it will really hurt your performance. Also a 3"turbo back exhaust, boost controller or some sorts, EGT gauge, Boost gauge, Wide band 02, oil pressure gauge and a pocket logger would help tunning as well.

3" catback, K&N filter, 1g head, throttle body, intake many, all ported, SFP mani, Garrett t3/t4, plugs, wires, bm short shifter, greddy profec b, aluminum flywheel, act clutch, fluidyne radiator, ss brake lines, battery relocated to hatch, autometer full gauges.

Would I be better off getting a pocketlogger or a SAFC or are they totally different?
Also, I have a chance to get a PWR fmic for relatively cheap. I haven't really heard or read anything about them, any opinions?

pocketlogger basically just tells you how the car is running, you can't change anything with it. the afc controls how much airflow yr ecu sees, allowing you to edit how much fuel gets sent into the engine. dsmlink lets you do everything the afc does, plus change timing and things like that. get the dsmlink.
