For my new setup I am going to buy bigger injectors. Should I buy 660's which I think might be a bit overkill or should I just get 550's???
I always hear buy bigger because you will continually upgrade until you need the bigger injectors.

The car will be running EVO3 16g,02 housing, exhaust manifold all ported. I am upgrading also to a 2g MAS and tuning with a S-AFC2. I already have a Walbro 255 waiting to be installed.
I am sure within the next few months I am going to be purchasing a FMIC to also run on this setup.

please no perverse replies about the thread title

550's will be good for that turbo... I have 550's on my 16g and I want to get a bigger turbo eventually but i want to max this one out first. Then I will go to 660's. I wish I had bought them instead of my 550's but I dont have to worry about that untill I upgrade turbos.
What I'm tryin to say is if I were you I would just get the 660's cause you can always tune them down with the AFC.

Running 850s here, but I have DSMLink :)

I saw you have a '95, in which case you more than likely have EPROM ECU. DSMLink might be something to consider, especially since you won't have to fork out an extra $200 to find an EPROM.

Although I just noticed this part, which confuses me:

So you don't have a 2G?
