I don't feel like copying the whole thing but here is the part on the LED's

Green LED
Off = idle
Dim = Part throttle/cruise
On = Mid
Flashing = Loss of RPM signal

Red LED
Off = No WOT modes operating
Dim = WOT mode
On = WOT mode and Aux trigger activated
(The red LED will blink when setting the dials)

Mode switch
1- Off for 3" maf, On for 3.5"
2- Off for 1g, On for 2g
3- Off for No fuel cut limiter, On to Prevent fuel cut
4- Off for flat Aux fuel control, On for contured Aux fuel control

Turning the "base dial" clockwise LEANS out the mixture while clockwise clicks richens the mixture in all other dials. Remember that.
