GSX vs GST rear sway bar, upgrade?

i am looking for a slight upgraded rear sway bar, and i have a thermal exhuast so ST wont fit.

My question is, what size is the GST and GSX bar and is the GSX bar an upgrade and will it bolt up?

My gst is so tiny, lol...
