To make a set of cams for dsm we need to order at least 50 sets. I was thinking of doing a run of 280's for racing top end power. Kind of like the HKS ones that are out for evo. What do you guys think? Pricing would be somewhere between 500-550 a set shipped.

I would be extremely tought to get 50 DSMers interested in guinea pigging a set of cams.

It was hard enough for comp to get into the marked and theyre priced $150 less for a set than HKS. I think FP's name is why people were willing to get the FP1-2 cams (including me).

If you can do it, then more power to ya. Heh, as quantity supplied goes up, price comes down

I'm all of a sudden reminded of my Macroeconomics class. Ugh.

Dallas is right, 50 guinea pigs is quite a few especially only for a ~$50 difference from the proven HKS cams.

I agree. Comps 4g63 cams were out for months and very few were upto purchasing them to see how they performed. FP has some very very slight changes made to the Comp 101100's and 101200's, stamped their name on them and they sold like crazy. The price is hard to beat.

Im not sure at 500-550$ you will find anywhere near 50 people to go in on the deal.

i got 50 bucks for a set... all throw them on my winter beater and tell ya how i like em
