J&C cylinder heads or w/e off ebay. 280$ shipped for a 1g head with new stem seals, all new valves, has springs/retainers. Doesnt include lifters,rockers,cams. Upon my request they also re-surfaced the head as smooth as can be for my metal HG. Ive had excellent luck with it, friends had the same good luck. I got my head 3 days after ordering. They also offer ported/polished heads now too.

they dont always list a 4g63 head on ebay, but email em and they will get you one (they have always had one all done when i called). And there is no core do on them either.
