i have a greddy type s on my talon and i wanted to know do i need the tube that connects from the intake pipe to the blow off valve.... can i just block off the hoe in the intake pipe ?? is this safe to run open blow off valve .. ?? thanks

wow, first time i've seen a thread like this....
Have you looked into hard UICP and a 3" metal intake pipe....Even with the re-circulation tube, the new bov should be pretty noticeable...
If you want also, you can always try fabbing up a small diameter metal tube to connect from the bov to the intake, instead of the sound-deadening rubber one...
if you were only getting a bov for sound purposes, Im not sure what to think of you...just do a search next time so you don't have to criticize people for yelling at your noobish threads...harsh, i think not

HA, i love that link with the BOV sound, i know a few people who would love that.
