The 16g and the 14b do bolt on to the 2g, you just have to use different oil sypply line, and midify the oil drain line. You will also have to get a compressor outlet pipe to extend the outlet to the lower intercooler pipe on the 2g. That is it though, everything else is bolt on. You might be able to get around the pipe by using a 1g lower intercooler hose. I have seen it done, but it doesn't look to clean. I wouldn't pay the money for a 16g. They do not last long. I have been thru 2 new ones, and about 3or 4 used ones, all of them lost the thrust bearing. I always had good oil pressure to them (monitered with a guage inline with the turbo supply line) just couldn't get any more than 5k miles out of one. I never took them past 22 psi ever. I like to go with garrett t3-t4 turbo'. and t3 super 60's. You can pick up a brand new one from turbocalculator.com for 359.00 for the super 60, and 449.00 for a 40-60 trim t3-t4, buy a bullseye housing for 200 bucks and you are set. These are not just e-bay turbo's either. they are built from the garrett factory. Good prices chech them out.
