i replaced the head gasket put the head back on and i zipped tied the timing belt to the cams but now after i put the head bnack one of the cams is about an inch off or maybe 2 from the hole .. how do i fix this ?? i hear itss a tensioner bolt but where is it and how do i get to it ?

You need to reset cam timing. Pull the front covers off completely. Remove the timing belt. The tensioner must be compressed in a vise. DO IT SLOWLY!! Else you can damage it. Put a "grenade pin" in the hole to lock it in the compressed state. Now align the crank gear..There is a mark on the gear, and a mark on the block (oil pump)...The mark is in the 1 o'clock position. Align both cams. Start to install the timing belt from the crank pulley, working up to the intake cam first. Make sure there is no slack on this side...Then install it on the exhaust cam. I use a pair of spring clamps on the belt and cam gear to hold the belt from slipping off. Make sure the belt is now routed around the idler/tensioner pulley. Bolt the tensioner back on. Double check your belt is tight on the right side..and all your marks are still lined up. PULL THE PIN! lol. Once you've pulled it, rotate the engine by hand several complete revolutions. Stop it back on TDC, and make sure all the marks line up. reinstall all your covers and pulleys/belts. You're done.
