My stock air flow meter is reading a maximum of 26 lb/min at 14psi. As a result I rarely get more than 2.0 g/rev of air flow.

I can't boost higher than 14psi on 94 octane without knocking so was wondering if freeing up the stock intake system from filter to throttle body will help much (my only mod so far is a K&N filter) or is it all about running this turbo at a higher boost level?
 
Its all about fuel/cooling and tuning. It wont be a good idea to up the boost until you get yourself a logger. Rewire your fuel pump, and do a boost leak test to get a baseline as to where you stand. Follow upgrade paths that are already liad out.

I have DSM link, boost leak test done and leaks fixed, using 255lph Walbro, AFPR and 650 injectors.

I can't boost past 14psi without knock so need to get more flow another way. I wanted to find out how much of an improvement a UICP, J pipe and/or getting rid of the stock air can would give to my flow and resulting g/rev.

By knowing how many lbs/min I should expect out of my turbo at 14psi I will get a good idea of how much air is being held back by my stock intake system and whether mods to the intake system will gain me much.

Quite possibly...You are producing A LOT of HOT airflow from the tuned 16g and 14psi, but with a stock air filter and ineffecient rubber pipes, the hot airflow can't be cooled down or run effeciently so it's very possible that knock will start up...

Replace those right away! Also, if you don't have an MBC, get one also
