First off, SPEAK ENGLISH. It will make your posts understandable to more people. Second, most people seem to recommend GM Syncromesh. I believe you can only get it GM dealerships. There's also a Pennzoil brand and a few others.

if thats not english then i dont know what is and they sell Pennzoil brand and a few others who sells them the dealier ships were i didnt want to have to go.

alot of performance shops cary it. usually engine shops and domestic shops. I use a mix of syncromesh(usually the penzoil brand) and red line heavy shockproof gear oil. I put in 1/3 to 1/2 quart of heavy shockproof and fill the rest with syncromesh.

Never heard of clutch oil personally, so why don’t you use what the DSM shop manual suggests DOT 3 Brake fluid? AutoZone has some and for $2.00 they will give you a container with more than you need.

Not. One. Period.

You're getting some part names confused. The clutch in DSMs are hydraulic type and use brake fluid, but this is not what you are referring to. Grinding gears is a transmission problem, you would want to try to change out the transmission fluid instead.

Just make sure when you get your clutch oil to soak your pressure plate and disk in it before you install them. Also don't forget to check your blinker fluid while you are at it.
