I put the 4 piece prothane motor mount set in my 95 gst, but it was a total b*tch to do it. I'd regret ever having to take those things back out. Does anyone know of a process that would make those things hella easier to take them in and out at least with your hand(s) like you could with stock mounts?

are you saying you want to remove the insert? or remove the mount from the car, once you install them in the mount you should be able to remove the whole mount easy as pie, install will always be a pain though

remove the mount from the car, as in if you need to remove the transmission or head, you'd have to take off the mount to do so.

i got the prothanes in piece of cake. wut did you use just your hands? because i used a rubber mallet to bump mine in position. i can bump them out just the same.

Mallet and 2x4 are your friends. I used a prybar with a piece of towel wrapped around it to remove my driver side mount when I had to get to the PS pulley.
