1. I can't turn the switch all the way from the right to the left for the air circulation thing...like it only goes halfway physically and it can't go any further.

2. I can blow hot air, but I can't blow cold air! It seems like it's only blowing air from the outside, and right now, it's f*cking hot outside.

3. One of the wheel(s) is making a high-pitched noise whenever I drive...it stops though when I apply just a little bit of the brakes or more.

What are the problems and fixes to 1, 2, and 3?

Change your accessory belt, it's most likely the cause. It's what runs the power steering and your air conditioning. If not that, maybe one of the pullies on it are bent?

1 and 2 may be the same problem, you may have leves or trash blocking the opening of the door, pull the bottom of your heater control box and check and move the switch back and forth, make sure the linkage is good, as for 3 its either your brakes need to be redone or a wheel bearing is failing

For number 3, while driving and its making the noise swerve side to side ( be carefull not to hit kids) See if the noise goes away while you transfer wieght from side to side. If it does than its a wheel bearing. If not then Im pretty sure its brakes .

thanks guys. i took the car to jiffy lube and apparently, the a/c was indeed just out of freon. also, i did that test of swerving and it looks like it's just old brakes (thank god). that is something i can wait on, right? cuz i'm broke at the moment (especially after just dropping $119 for filling up freon).
