Just came back from the strip tonite and ran a 14.9 @ 90 mph. That doesn't seem right for the mods listed below and I think I'm a pretty good driver. Do you guys think it is the clutch? My 60' time was 2.0 which is pretty bad and my launch method was 4500 slipped. What is going on? help

...im thinken its the clutch, mine did that too before i got it replaced

14.9 is the stock factory figures for a GSX, yea you should be able to break that, especially with your exhaust setup. I got a question though. What have you done about your Cat? And if that downpipe does replace the cat how are you keeping your car from creeping? Better be careful

Wait sorry thought it said 3"DP and 3"CB. So you really ran a 13.1? I've never been to a 1/4 mile track, the only one in my area is a damn 1/8th

The 13.1 run was on my old talon tsi. On my 99 GSX I have the rsr downpipe that has a testpipe on it and no cat. I don't have boost creep because I have the t-25 and the avc-r which is finally learning my turbo. So the boost is constant at 16 psi. I thought I would run a high 13 low 14. I'm thinking it is the clutch.
