It depends what kind of install you are looking for. Some people like the flashier custom fiberglass installs and such while others prefer things to be hidden and stock looking. what is your preference?

But this obviously wouldn't work with a stock stereo.

No problem.. the only problem with mounting it in that location is that you can't really conceal the cord. It didn't really bug me that much, but I have DSMLink now so I don't have the safc anymore.

It's an Apexi turbo timer. I really like that mount, it looks good. It's in a nice visible spot too, much better than down by the cd player.

yes yes much more noticable for thieves! lol...i like both..i think im gonna go the under the cd player route...cuz i need a new one anyways my stereo cuts in and out when the windshield wipers are on

this is a quick blurry one of mine...the afc is mounted at the top and the wiring is ran through the blank button on the bezel...the palm is on a fabbed piece of sheet metal like the wideband...and the laptop mount...
