Okay, so I am purchasing a 6 bolt block to rebuild it. I still have a whole 7 bolt long block, what can be reused?

I mean things like, intake mani, throttle body, etc anything like that. If someone could give me a list that would be cool.

Does that help??????????

You can use the intake manifold, throttle body, exhaust manifold...

I would personally use the 1g intake manifold and 1g throttle body most everything else gets chucked

These are all 1g 7bolt parts. But since they are 7bolt do most people consider them actually 2g parts? Thanks for your input.

The throttle body can be used on either, but the 2g mani needs ported to match it.

The heads are swappable, but you need to keep the intake mani with the head, and you may have to enlarge the holes for the studs if using the 2g head on the 1g block.

Use all your sensors from your 2g, most, if not all of them have a place to plug in and be used.

I think it's the magnus site that has some good info. If you keep looking around you'll find everything you need, but there are a lot of parts on an engine.
