Well duh, don't use your fingers

use a small screwdriver or some other metal rod. I followed the vfaq, marked the spring and wound it until the marks aligned.

To the OP, sorry for shitting in your thread but I think we've all established it is the seals. Now get to it. If you need the CR's hit Oldman or myself. I usually sell them for $10 for a pair. It's essentially what they cost me plus shipping. I don't make anything on them. Expensive little suckers.
