Therefore, I Need Less Fuel Throughout My Fuel Curve Than You, Up Here At 5300!
FOR FUCK SAKES NOONE IS ARGUING THAT WITH YOU. WHAT IS BEING ARGUED IS THAT YOU ARE OVERRUNNING YOUR STOCK INJECTORS UP TOP. And i second that, you are a total ass hole for driving like that with a child in your car.

NO THEY WOULDN'T The ecu will not shut down with a 100+% duty cycly, fuel cut is solely based on airflow. And how the hell do you know without a logger. Man listen, i and all these other guys arguing with you about this have been doing this for a long time, and know that there is only one way to know what your injectors are doing. GET A LOGGER. That is the only way. you are obiously uneducated on the matter and have no grounds to debate anything and should use the search button to do a little research before you argue with experienced people on the matter.

my little point was that at this altitude, stock injectors can handle 17psi. It might not be healthy around 7000rpm, but they can.

And also that 150- 155 is possible from a near stock 2g GSX.

Good? Thread can close now.

It's no use 1gawd4g63, you said your peace, and he's obviously said his. Life's too short, to be angry all the time.

I do agree with a few people here though, next time man, please hold in the urge to top your car out if your 7 year old brothers in the car. Also, cops are always around when you least expect it. You get caught doing 155 mph, and get arrested, think how that image is going to affect your bro.

I'm not one of those "DON'T EVEN GO 2 MPH OVER THE SPEED LIMIT!!" but when it comes to risking someone's life, especially one so young, I wouldn't think of it.

Let's all move on guys, I'm sure there's other things we can be doing, besides arguing :p

I think we should just stick him in an environment with the no oxygen present. I can't believe I actually read this entire thread.

The reason anyone could run 17psi of boost at 5300ft about sea level is the amount of oxygen in the air. Atomospheric pressure does not change, the elements that make up the air change due to gravity. Air is not just oxygen, there is nitrogen, helium, hydrogen, and many other elements. Each element has a different mass and weight. The heavier elements settle out at the bottom and the lighter elements stay at the top. 17psi at 5300ft probably has the same amount of oxygen as 12-14psi at 100ft. Therefore, the 450cc injectors are not being pushed to 100% capacity. Knock would not be present! Knock happens when there is not enough fuel and too much oxygen.-(The Big Bang Theory)

Did you go to school, or practice to be THAT STUPID! You make me :puke:

I am going to throw this out there. I have a 95 gsx. I cruse 70mph at 3000 rpms. I crew 90 mph at 4000 rpms. So for every 1000 rpms i get 20 mph

so lets figure this out
70 = 3000
90 = 4000
110 = 5000
130= 6000 power curve is falling off
150= 7000 blown motor

mind you this is 5th gear
Dude the stock turbo and fuel system in these cars wont support that. He's trying to boost to 17 that stock t25 falls of it's power band arounnd 13lbs.
If i remeber correctly.

Oh and about the kid in the car. Dude you have choice if you wont to die. The kid doesn't. If i knew where you parked you ride. I think you'd re-think driveing that fast when we go arab on your ass and you find your car in flames. You have to be one of the most stupid people on here.

Atmospheric pressure does change with altitude.
