Hey guys, I have a '95 Eagle Talon TSi AWD just purchased less than a month ago, and am trying to fix the interior to how it should be...my question to you is: I have a sunroof on this car, but no cover. All cars that I've seen with sunroofs have a "slider" that pulls back over the glass so that the sun doesn't come in. Is my car supossed to have one too? Also, if it is, where can I get one online? No junkyards in my area ever have DSM's there...thanks in advance!

Yeah. I have one myself. But I need a new one because the headliner material on it it drooping. I dont know if that slider piece comes when you order a new headliner though. I would hope so.
Quick fix for that is go to a hobby or fabric store and buy some fabric spray adhesive. Did that on my old 91 talon when the headliner was drooping and blocking my rear windshield.

You can also look at Dodge Avengers. The sunroof is the same one, well on my 97 Talon it is.

So does the sunshade attach DIRECTLY to the sunroof rail, meaning I Need to replace all of it? I see little plastic clips up there, like something was broken off of them, see these images:

This is a simple fix.

The sunroof glass is attached to the rails by 6 hex screws or star screws (you'll see what I'm talking about). 3 on the left, 3 on the right. Once you take those out you can push the glass up and right out of the car.

Then, once you get the sunshades, you can put them in the rails. Make sure they slide correctly before putting the glass back in.

After they slide correctly, place the glass back in, put the screws in, and you're done!

JNZ to the rescue. :D

I haven't checked availability but if they are still made we can get 'em. Plug those numbers into our website for prices.

Its super easy to install. I have taken mine in and out a bajillion times. IIRC, the front one goes on the top tracks, and the back shade goes on the bottom track, but try them and make sure they are function forward and back between putting the glass back in. Its easiest than you think to install.

Look at the shop manual. There is a sticky in the "Help" forum IIRC. It shows an illustration of what I am talking about. Should be no problem.

And yes, that auction appears to be what you need, although its hard to see any detail in those pictures. Hopefully those stains come out!
