I'm just getting over this same problem. Make sure your turbo's boosting right? I had a bad w/g actuator after my 14b install, after I got that fixed and fixed all my boost leaks I'm doing a lot better. Haven't had time to clock the gass millage but I'm not spending $100 a week anymore.

I have a 2g with a 255 and no afpr and get 25mpg with a cat. I suspect it could be better, but that's not bad for a 190K+ car.
Thats more than I get, thats bs :p

Beautiful, a mod calling a user dumb.
How does this contribute to the OP's question? Not that it should have to be broken down but it is pretty clear Rippin said that the way his fuel setup is being run is dumb

OP- There is hope for you. I finally got my car back up to around 20mpg :D Just follow the advice here and you will be fine.

Hmm... to be honest, I would be reading it the other way too... :(

I am having the same problem. I am just up to 135 miles on my tank and I have ~1/4 left to go. I can only suspect that it will get 170 miles on this tank which is shit. I think it rounds out to just over 10-12 miles per gallon. I have literally only full boosted the car one time on this tank of fuel.

This is a 1g auto awd. The logger shows 100-107% low fuel trims, 103% mid fuel trims, and my o2 sensor is cylcing so I have ruled that out. No check engine lights of any kind. I can't see any gas leaking anywhere under or around th car. The car is absolutely bone stock with the exception of the noise filter in the mass taken out, all honey combs are still intact. It does have a stumble at low throttle and seems to miss. I plan on fixing that this weekend but I doubt that a set of plugs and wires is going to allow me to pick up the extra 15mpg that this car should have. I checked this morning and the bov recirc tube looks to not be on all of the way, but it is still attached and I am unable to pull it off. I plan on fixing this right when I get home.

I am at a loss right now, and I am kind of pissed because I bought this car to replace my 30+ mpg no matter how you drive it Civic. Any advice? I would assume that I shouldn't have to tune a bone stock car.

Then you are reading it wrong, period.
Not to be a dick but perhaps instead of having an elitist attitude, perhaps you should try to word things you say in a clearer way. By saying dumb, you are simply stating that what the person is doing is dumb (no matter how you try to look at it). So instead of saying "dumb" you could have simply said, "yes you could get better than 25mpg if you were to either put a walbro 190 in your car or simply buy a fuel pressure regulator."

Also perhaps sentence structure and grammar should be reviewed for you. The word is you're as in you are not your as in I am in your house. There is no universal definition for the word your or you're. ;)

Take it is you will, I really don't care what you think about how I word things. I didn't say I was pefect but at least I try with the spelling and grammar unlike most people here. Thanks for the suggestion though. Maybe I should have said "fucking stupid".

Sometimes you may think that as may I, but when you are given a position to help someone, it is better to do so.

Anyway back on topic, save me giving so much of my money to the middle east :puke:
