So I am finally ready to start modding my tsi, I figure I will throw some cash down for an exhaust system, but I am puzzled if to go for a 3 inch or 2.5 I dont want to get the 2.5 then have to upgrade later any suggestion

3 inch. There is no point in a 2.5 either way. Especially with a 16g.

Go with a 3" turbo back exhaust. Also invest in a boost guage before anything else.

You should get a stock boost gauge first like a couple other people said. Also I would go with the 3 inch because like said before your just going to want to go bigger later anyways so why retrace a step. I might know of a 16g that might be available sometime in the spring. ;-)

Yeah... for most setups, 3 in. will be good.
2.5 isn't worth it in my opinion.

I would go 3". Your turbo will enjoy a 3" more than a 2.5". If your still looking to add more mods, I would also recommend hard IC pipes and the "free mods" as well.
