If global and deadtime are correct, then you shouldn't have to pull that much fuel. Even though you may have the global/deadtime already to the pre-set adjustments for your injector size/fuel setup, perhaps you should mess with it a tad more instead of just moving the airflow slider to get your A/F back to stoich.

You have the global and deadtime setup for what they reccomend o be close. I would leave global alone and adjust deadtime. When LTFT Lo and LTFT mid are far apart from each other. If LTFT Lo is positive and LTFT mid is negative, then increase dead time. Vice Versa.

I just have one more question before going out and checking a few things. Everyone says you must drive around for awhile before your LTFT Mid's change. Well, yesterday I drove a friend to the airport and back which is about a total of an hour and a half. The entire time my mids did not change, even after stoping and idling for about 5-10 minutes. It just stays at zero :(

If mids are at 0, then you're good. But those are the hardest to change. You have to be cruising in the mid range.... Don't really pay big attention to it, as long as you're in between -+5, you're good.

Ok great, I am going to plug in those new numbers that you all gave for 880's -45 and 420. See how that goes. I dont no, a guy on dsmlink forums sent me a log of his car(same exact setup) and he was running -45 and 300. A big differance from what I have and that new page from wiki.

I wish gas wasnt so expensive :( I burn like a tank a night trying to get this right :putsheaddownandcries:

Well that's some good news. We have gone on a couple drives just to see if they would change and nope. I have a question about it as well.

We were noticing some weird things on link. The stft would stop changing, stop at 0, the car would richen up about 9.2:1. Then all of the sudden they would start changing again sometimes freezing at 16.8 and the a/f would be around 14.7:1. What would cause that if we were just crusing?

Make sure you're where you need to be, or they don't move.

I do the cruise, sit, cruise, sit. Until I can force them to move close. Move on to other things, and see how far off I am by relevance to wot stuff. If its too far off I'll go back to cruise, sit. See if I can't get them close enough to tune the car. If not, I simply set the car into a place where it won't come apart from normal driving and have them come back in a few days of such and start over.

Patience grasshopper.

It takes time. All you need is close.
Make sure you're not using dead time to cover up some other issue.

Like if you were tuning around a leak... for example.

His base fuel pressure could be different

feel the car.

be the car.

Ok, base fuel pressure is 43 with vacume disconnected. I got my LFTT_Lo nice at idle, I got some logs I am going to post in a bit. One idle, one cruise and one 3rd gear pull. I changed my deadtime and global and still have to keep my fuel sliders down low to keep a 11.1 a/f under WOT :( I am begining to think these arnt 880's but maybe bigger :( Well I just like to think its somthing other than me being stupid.
