Hey I just hooked up my a/f gauge on my 2g talon and was wondering if this will affect me passing smog emissions test? I hooked it up through the ecu. Oh its a 96 and is bone stock other than a/f gauge. I am in California.

Depends on where you go.
Is it a wide band or a Autometer AF Gauge? If its Autometer, throw it away, its junk. A Wideband is what you need. Or take it back to Autozone, get your money back and use that money on a different mod, like a real boost gauge. That will give you far more valuable information than the blinky light show will.
Oh, and before you think I am harshing you, I did the same when I first started so learn from my mistakes.

Its cool man I know its useless but I had it sitting in my room for a while and had nothing to do so I installed it. It is a fancy light show one, so will I still beable to pass smog emissions tests?
