Injector question...

Whats up guys? Hey I got a quick question about injectors. I know i have one injector thats bad cuz the ohm meter is reading 11 ohms and the specs I have say that its supposed to be between 2 and 3 ohms for the 2.0 turbo but another one is reading .750 is it bad to er no? Also my specs say that 2-3 ohms is at 68 Degrees F....so i dunno if that fact that its about 30 outside matters. Any info would be great so I know if i should get 1 or 2 injectors. THanks..

Are you having problems with the injectors or are you just doing a routine check up on things? If 2 are bad you might as well replace all of them before the other two go bad. Alot of places i have seen discount them a little bit when you buy four, and some just sell them as a set.

Well, I have a miss and that was the one injector lead I pulled that made no difference in the engines running, so I checked the injector first, I havent pulled the plug to see if its wet yet due to lack of time.

Im HOPING to get out there tonight. I have 4 other injectors that came with the car. I just dont know if that was that was below spec was bad or ok. But I dont know if the extra ones I have are any good or not, so I was wanting to check those with the ohm meter before installing them.

lol..they were in bed previous to that for an hour and a half. FOr some reason they were giving mommy hell and refused to go to sleep. They were down 20 minutes after I went in. Lol. mommy wears em down and i just go sit next to their bed. They are usually pretty good about goin 2 sleep but they had a very late nap today.
Blah..anywho back to cars....ya, my bad went back out and re-tested just to be sure, they are all about 2.3- 2.5ohms except for #2 which goes between 10.75 and 11 ohms, I guess that one i thought was lower I connected the 2 meter ends to 1 prong...oops, i feel dumb now.
