was up people my valves are bent, so im getting a cyclone engine, i heard from people that it has a 16g turbo and different manifold, is this true? the guy im getting it from says there the same.
*is the turbo a 16g?
*is the manifold differnt?
*is it faster?
*is it better?
*is it the same thing?

i also want to know what turbo my car has (90 tsi awd) my turbo was rebuilt about 3000 miles ago, its like new thats why im curious about the turbo's.

what about the balance shaft??? since the engine is out should i take out the shaft aswell???

what else should i do to the engine while i have it out?

im in no hurry i have a second car so any advice would be apriciated, thanx!

Never trust the guy you are getting it from unless you can do his sister and not piss him off, hehe.

* Seems that some have come with the 16g attached and some don't.
* Yep
* It was really designed for low end torque, but I've never seen hardcore proof that they don't perform well up top.
* Depends on your goals
* No

Your car came stock with a 14b turbo. Unless it's an automatic.

Balance shafts: That depends too, IMHO. I personally wouldn't remove them unless you're getting the whole bottom end balanced, but that's me. Lots of people have removed them though and I'm sure somebody will speak up about it...

* Depends on your goals, as much as your wallet can take man. At the very least, I'd replace every seal and gasket. Port match everything while it's already apart.

It really sounds like you need to analyze your goals for the car, make a list, get prices, etc., and research alot.
