I just saw a CRX with a plate that said "4CYL 8U". And I honestly think he could back a bit up, from just looking inside the car, I saw a boost gauge and some NAWZ!

No you didn't, all personalized plates with an 'O' or '0' will use the same '0' character. There is no 'O'
