Ok, the problem is that when the car is not on I can shift it into gears but when the car is on it won't shift to any gears. I have a XTD flywheel and stage 3 clutch installed and I'm stuck on this to have my car moving again.

The problem is that your pressure plate isn't traveling far enough for the disk to not drag.

It could be caused by a number of things, such as:

Improper adjustment at master cylinder

Improper step height on the flywheel

Worn/bent clutch fork
Worn/not shimmed pivot ball

Bad master cylinder
Bad slave cylinder
Leak in system allowing air in
Improper bleeding procedure

You aren't alone my friend. 1500miles ago, i installed ACT2100 with 6 puck disk.
Installed new slave cylinder, extended rod, pivot ball(packed couple washers). My clutch grabbed hard but it was too low to the floor so i adjusted the clutch. worked great then all of a sudden it wont go in gear while engine running. Even if i have my clutch pedal rod adjusted all the way in.

You guys need to sit down and think of every little piece involved in making the clutch disengage, then make sure each of them is working properly.

Don't be idiots about it, use your fucking brains.

Just like Loki said. I just had this problem after a South bend clutch install. It turned out the pressure plate wasn't fully disengaging from the clutch disc. Get a pry bar and push the clutch fork towards the passenger side of car while someone in your car tries to put it in gear. If it still won't go in gear time to pull tranny out.

Well it is working but when I go WOT from 1st and into 2nd it sometimes won't go. But at daily driving it shifts smooth to any gear and are you talking about with the engine off cause it goes in perfectly but when the engine is on it won't go into any gear. But taking the transmission out sucks ass. but what did you do with the pressure plate?
