I'd just like to say that I know Jake, although haven't talked to or seen him in over a year. He was the first guy I ever talked to about DSM's, and in my opinion, is and always will be one of the smartest guys to give to the DSM community. He was always honest with me, never screwed me around, and helped out at some messed up times, when in all reality never had to.

I've never run one, but I would without a hesitation whatsoever.

Pics or ban :D

My pics are on post #1 of this thread. Unless you want to see 1300 mile pics.... Not much more to see though, other than some discoloring. I pulled my entire set-up off the engine two days ago looking for an exhaust leak. It wasn't a gasket, and it wasn't the manifold. The search continues. I'll be putting it all back together this afternoon.

No, not yet. I'll snap a picture tonight when I get it all back together. It basically just routes in from the back instead of the traditional routing through the front.

They are for full T4 Turbos (GT40-GT42 etc...)
You can get smaller turbos with a t4 turbin housing :) But yes they are not flanged for mitsu turbos. The whole design is centered around a divided tv turbine housing and I doubt Jake would change that.

Also ewww why did you get the 38mm wastegate flanges :p j/k :D

Not to be dumb, but are these manifolds only for bigger turbos? Cause I can't see dual waste gates on a Big 16G !
These manifolds are for turbos that utilize a twin-scroll T4 turbine housing. Dual wastegates aren't needed because of the size of the turbo, but only due to the fact that it's twin-scroll.

I wish Tial made 38mm v-band wastegates. The only reason I have 44's is because I hate gaskets, and I enjoy the ability to clock the gate. It just sucks that the 44's are so damn expensive.

I guess he did it because 44mm are expensive and you need two of those! Also, I guess he won't need two 44mm unless he's going to run 5 psi on a t4 turbo, but I agree with your "eww". I would go with the 44mm.:)
